Es la pregunta que motiva al autor para presentar reflexiones que ponen al descubierto la desnudez existencial que acompaña al ser humano desde que toma conciencia de sí mismo y que obliga a asumir alguna respuesta, ya sea de manera razonada o inducida inconscientemente en el caso de aquellos que adoptan una vida de rebaño.Estos pensamientos son un intento para abrir una ventana a la reflexión, no para alcanzar alguna verdad absoluta, sino para la búsqueda por cada quien de respuestas individuales orientadas a apostar por la vida.
